On Friday, September 11, Mrs. Turner’s 5th hour class took a trip Missouri State University to seek out the opportunities that the child development program has to offer.

“We toured the child development building and then we went to different stations that explained what the program does and what the they are about,” said junior, Elizabeth Bohon.

After a three hour bus ride, the students arrived at the campus and started learning about all the aspects of the child development program.

“I fell in love with that school. Actually they have a really good child development building and I am really interested in going there,” said junior, Autumn Crandall.

Bohon would like to get her degree from Missouri State University.

“What I got from the experience was that I really want to go to that college and get into the child development program. I want to go there and minor in child development and major in teaching,” said Bohon.

Crandall didn’t get  to accomplish everything she wanted to do while she was at Missouri State University.

“I wanted to see everything in the child development building and ask a lot of questions. We left a little early so I didn’t get to do that”.

These students might be turning into MSU Bears.
