Students join the Student Leadership team to have opportunities for community service and to make connections with underclassmen. They go on several field trips every year to help the community.
After going to the winter formal myself compared to the previous years of going to court warming, I came across an idea for a dance that has a lot of potential. A 1920’s themed dance is something I’ve brought up to a lot of people today during school hours and there’s not a single person that would be opposed to it or the idea of it, and personally, I think it would be the best era to base a dance off of. The music could be themed from the 1920’s era as well as the dress people come in, and the decorations.
I believe this is a good idea for the dance not just because of the popularity of he 1920’s era but also because it represents an era of independence and prosperity. Also, supervisors wouldn’t have to worry about the music containing different profanities because a lot of music from that time period is clean and at least proper.
I truly hope you take this idea into consideration, and thank you for your time for reading this. Thank you!
