During the high school years, the students are encouraged to join in school organizations or volunteering during students free time to get involved in school. For senior, Dalton Dailey choosing to join and organization was looking more towards his future.

Finding the right club to join can be a huge challenge. For Dailey, the club was right in front of him.

“It was more Mrs. Allen pressuring me to joining because she would put FBLA things everywhere” said Dailey.

With joining a club comes many different opportunities within. Joining an organization within high school can be challenging to finding a place to fit in.

“FBLA is a great outlet not only to meet new people and learn about business and where it can take me in life” said Dailey.

Being apart of an organization can lead to learning new things. The knowledge being gained can be something useful later in life.

“The more i learned about how FBLA has a place in the world and college and opened my eyes to how beneficial would be to pursue business later in life” said Dailey.

Putting new knowledge to use in real life situations is a great way to help students later in life. Receiving hands on experience can be useful if the student chooses to continue in that interest field.

“I plan on helping as many people as I can pursue their dream in business and if possible, get my degree in business” said Dailey.

To help further students knowledge of the organization, being in the organization can also widen students exposure in the world surrounding.

“Not only does it look good on your transcripts for college and learning to communicate with people of different ages and businesses of all walks of life” said Dailey.

Dailey by joining FBLA has learned about the business world being a lot more complicated and more involved than most people will admit. Dailey wants to use his knowledge from this organization to help him succeed later in life.
