Homecoming will always be remembered in the minds of many at the high school.

Spirit week had some awesome outcomes like with hat day and Hawaiian day. Freshman Joanna Fowlson had a blast with her first spirit week in high school.

“Participating in it was the best part of spirit week,” said Fowlson.

The Pep Rally was very energetic and lots of spirit was brought to the gym. Crowd Pumper Upper Kenny Huggins enjoys getting everyone hyped up.

“My favorite part is to pump up the crowd and the whole gyms just electric and getting the football players pumped up,”  said Huggins.

The Pep Rally brought all that the energy they were hoping for.

Football Team Captain, Cole Kruse was very happy with the outcome of the game even though the weather was not cooperating,

“We came out and did our thing and just had fun,”  said Kruse.

When taking shelter Cole and the rest of the stadium were all inside the school and keeping calm.

“It was crowded, we were all stinky from warming up but we were focused on getting ready,” said Kruse.

Even though the rain continued, the football stars brought another win for this year.

The homecoming dance brought a lot of fun and excitement for the new freshman as well as the homecoming court. Taylor Felz was very grateful to even be nominated let alone winning.

“It was really exciting, I didn’t expect it at all,”  said Felz about winning homecoming queen.

The party continued with the dance on Saturday night. The dance had a great turn out and was considered to be successful.

“You make it successful by dancing to every song and being with your friends,” said varsity Prowler Kennedy VanTrump.

Over all the homecoming week was a very exciting time at the high school.
