Photo of the day. Picture taken by Grace Rogers, the anatomy classes have started their cat dissection unit, and Rogers captured junior, Hatley Kim with her cat. Kim is geared in latex free gloves, rolled up sleeves, an apron, and hair pulled up, to start learning more about feline anatomy. The anatomy classes work on their cats for about a month, looking at organs, muscles, bones, and body systems that are closely related to humans. The photo was taken in anatomy and chemistry teacher’s class, Paul Carvan, that has been dissecting cats for educational purposes for over 10 years now.
